The convenience of buying tickets for the Bangladesh Railway has been introduced at home easily. As a result, the railway station will no longer have to stand in long lines. Rather, the ticket can be purchased with the help of the app. On the occasion of last Eid-ul-Fitr, Bangladesh Railway formally launched the app called Rail Service. You can download the app by registering with your mobile number and national ID number. Once the registration is finished you can be logged in with a mobile number and a password of your choice.
Not only tickets, but train information will also be provided through the app. Ticket prices can be paid through mobile banking. The money can be paid through any Visa card, Master Card, Amex card, Bkash, Dutch-Bangla Nexus card, and rocket. A registered user can purchase a maximum of four tickets. A user can buy a maximum of eight tickets twice a day.
How to buy a ticket?
If you want to cut the ticket by logging in the mobile number and password in the app, then you need to go to the purchase option. This option will tell you when a train goes on a route or if it will stop at some station. Before buying a ticket, however, there is an option called Information. Selecting a station from where you want to go, and specifying the date of travel, it is possible to know the details of which train will go that day.
After selecting the information, select the date where you want to go to the station from the option to buy tickets. Then the details of the trains running at the respective stations will be revealed. There are two options. One is any seat; the other is the preferred seat. A few days before the trip, tickets can be purchased with the desired seats. From the day you use the app, the next 5 days information and tickets can be deducted. Look at the train time in the list and select which class or class you would like to go to from the preferred options. Usually, there are four options namely AC, Seat, Snigdha, and Chair. Select the tickets you want to buy by category, and select how many tickets you want to buy. If you have a child with you, select the next option. This is because prices vary with children. However, if your child can sit in the seat alone, click on the option to buy tickets for the children only.
Then by clicking on the option, all your information will come out. Details of the full price including ticket price, VAT and bank charges will be seen in this option. To pay here, click on the Pay Now option and click on Eye Agri. You have to choose which way you want to pay by going to the next option. Once the money has been paid, the details of ticket confirmation will come out in your registered e-mail. The same information can be found in the app's History option. It is best to print the contents of the e-mails while traveling.
Apart from buying tickets and information, this app will also provide information about any food you want to eat on the train. Apart from this, you can order your favorite food. Also, if you want to know the location of the train, you will find the number of different railway stations in the country, including the option to comment on the train and how to comment. You will receive a notification of the start of the train from the app on the date of your trip.
